Basic Chili

Ingredients:
1 1/4 Pound Ground Beef
1 Large Onion, Chopped
3 Tomatoes, Chopped
2 Cups Cooked Kidney Beans
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese [Optional]
Sour Cream [Optional]
Chopped Green Peppers [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
The first step is to brown the beef with the chopped onions in a large nonstick skillet or pan. Once browned, add the remaining ingredients. Cover the dish and simmer on low medium heat for 20 minutes. Garnish with the optional ingredients if desired.
